FAQ’S
Are long-term rentals available?
Yes, we can provide flexible rentals over a long-term of 28 days or more, for which you will benefit from lower rates as well as regular service and maintenance without the hassle of financing.
We can also assist you with a fleet rental if you need multiple vehicles.
Are there any restrictions for mileage?
Mileage allowances will be discussed upon consultation and tailored to your requirements.
Can I have more than one driver for my van rental?
You are certainly welcome to have additional drivers on your vehicle hire at a one-time charge per driver.
What happens if I damage the vehicle?
The vehicle will be appraised upon collection and delivery, any damage that has occurred during your hire will be assessed and charged as per guidance from the BVRLA.
We will follow up with you after the hire to coordinate payment for any further charges, which may also be subject to an admin processing fee.
What happens if there are penalty charged?
If you are unlucky to be issued a penalty charge notice during your hire, we will formally represent your pcn to the person named on the hire agreement.

What should I do if I need to return a vehicle?
If you need to return a vehicle, this will depend on the terms you have agreed with us.

Are there extra add-ons available?
We can bespoke any vehicle to your requirement, please contact us to discuss.
Can I have the vehicle delivered to me?
Yes, we can deliver your hired vehicle directly to you within a 5-mile radius, anything further please contact us to discuss a small fee for delivery.
What do I need to bring with me?
You will need to bring your UK licence or an international licence (if applicable). In addition to your licence you will need two forms of ID dated within the last three months (acceptable forms of ID: passport, council tax bill, utility bill), as well as your form of payment).

What if I am planning to drive in London?
Any vehicle that drives into certain zones of London is subject to a congestion charge at £15 per weekday (Monday through Friday).
If you plan to drive through London, be sure to pay in advance or on the day of travel. Pay in advance and learn more about congestion charging on the Transport For London website: www.tfl.gov.uk
If the congestion charge is not paid on the day of travel, we will make an additional charge to you with an admin processing fee.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We only accept payment by credit or debit cards under Mastercard, Visa, Switch and Maestro. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payment by cash.
Our Long Term Hire customers can benefit from paying by invoice.
Will I need to pay a deposit?
This will be dependant on your credit position and terms negotiated.
